Information in reference to a theft, Indentity Theft, and Credit Card Fraud that took place on July 21, 2008 at approximately 1530 hrs.. Some unknown person entered the lockere in the Radiology department at Fairview Park Hospital and took $900.00 cash  and several credit cards belonging to different nurses, who work in the radiologh department. The credit cards wer being used within ten minutes at the Wal Mart to purchase two laptop computers for $1656.00 and a $500.00 gift card and $60.00 cash. The person in the video at Wal-Mart is described as a clean cut black male with a mustache and goatee with a light beard. He is approximately 6’1″ to 6’3″ and weighing about 240 pounds. This person was driving a silver or light gray SUV; believed to be a Suzuki XL7.
