Information in reference to a Car Jacking .Victim stated he was stopped at the four way stop sign at the intersection of North Franklin and East Mary St. on 07/26/2008 around 0400 hrs. when he was approached by twoblack males. Subjects came up to his vehicle and called him by his name. the first subject went to the drivers side front with some-thing covering his right hand and told the victim to get out of the vehicle and the second subject got in the passenger side frontseat. After victim exited the vehicle, the other subject got in the driver’s seat and drove off headed north on Franklin St. Both suspects were wearing ball caps and dark clothing and in their late teens or early 20′s. Tag number given on the vehicle was AIK 9110 and it was found abandoned behind a residence at 822 North Church St. on 08-06-2008
