Remember that crime doesn’t pay, but Crime Stoppers does!!

Crime Stoppers is a partnership between the Dublin community, the media, and law enforcement from Laurens County. Our mission is to “work together to solve and prevent crimes” in our community. The program is a community based, non profit program registered through Crime Stoppers International, Inc. The Crime Stoppers Program is managed by a civilian volunteer board of directors and a police coordinator who acts as a liaison between law enforcement, media, and our community.

Citizens who have information about criminal activity or wanted persons can call a 24 hour Crime Stoppers Tip Line. There is always someone who has information that can help solve crimes. Those individuals can call Crime Stoppers anonymously and provide a tip that will help police identify or locate those responsible for a crime. The tipster will be assigned a number when they call with the tip in case of a reward. Crime Stoppers gives people an opportunity to provide information about crimes or criminal activity without directly speaking to police or having to testify in court. Tips to Crime Stoppers does not give police officers evidence required to make an arrest but puts them on the right track to solve crime. Tipsters are eligible for cash rewards if the information they provided to Crime Stoppers leads to an arrest and conviction of a suspect. All transactions are confidential.
